1. Overview and Application

TK-AE air entraining agent has excellent performance; it can produce tiny bubbles with thick wall, which have good stability and are difficult to break; mixed in concrete (mortar), the bubble diameter mostly can be between 5nm and 50nm; and the number of bubbles is quite large; the comprehensive loss ratio is less than 20% if the product is properly vibrated at a high temperature in long-distance transport; this product integrates various advantages of single-performance air entraining agents, accompanied by foam stabilizer, enhancer; mixed into concrete, workability can be significantly improved, so that concrete slump is increased with increased gas content, fluidity and plasticity is improved to reduce freezing expansion generated in early stage of concrete in frost, and greatly improve the frost resistance of concrete to reduce concrete strength loss significantly; the product indicators meet the technical requirements of GB8076-2008.

2. Product Model and Usage
1. Dosage: subject to the consumption of cementing materials, range of dosage: 0.05 to 0.15%.
2. For fine sand, low grade concrete with large clay content and dust content,  cement concrete to be improved in air content, mortar works, construction in hot season, concrete with high frost resistance, the amount of doping shall be increased; otherwise a smaller dosage shall be used. Forced mixer shall be used in mixing, and mixing time shall be 2-3min longer than ordinary concrete.
3. Air entraining concrete should be moderately vibrated, without excessive vibration, big bubbles or sinking.
4. TK-AE air entraining agent may be mixed with other admixtures, especially with superplasticizer and high-performance water reducing ratio.
